Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Compot (the “Service”), including our website at compotui.com and the Compot iOS/macOS applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service provided by LukyLab s.r.o. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Component License & Commercial Rights

Compot provides reusable SwiftUI UI components, templates, and AI-assisted Swift code generation. When you access or copy code snippets from Compot:

• You are granted a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, and incorporate the code into an unlimited number of personal, open-source, or commercial software applications and client projects.
• You are not required to attribute Compot or LukyLab s.r.o. within your compiled binary applications.
• You may not redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or bundle the raw SwiftUI component code as part of a competing UI component library, theme marketplace, template aggregator, or UI design kit without prior written consent.

3. In-App Subscriptions & Billing

Compot offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g. Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Pro tiers) and promotional passes providing access to premium components and AI generation tools:

• All payments and subscriptions made through the iOS app are billed and processed by Apple Inc. via the App Store in accordance with Apple’s standard Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. AI Code Generation & User Content

Compot features AI-assisted SwiftUI code creation. You retain all ownership rights to the prompts, descriptions, and user designs you submit. We provide AI generated outputs “as is”, and while we strive for clean idiomatic Swift code, you are responsible for testing and verifying code before deployment into production applications.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service and all component code are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LukyLab s.r.o. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the components or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
