At Compot and LukyLab s.r.o. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), we respect your privacy. We design our software so you can explore, copy, and generate SwiftUI components with peace of mind. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use invasive tracking cookies.

• Website Analytics: We use Pirsch Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free European analytics service compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. No personal identifying information (PII) or cross-device fingerprinting is collected.
• In-App Purchases: All subscription transactions and receipt validations are handled natively by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment card details.
• AI Coding Assistance: When you submit prompts or design descriptions for SwiftUI code generation, queries are processed securely to return Swift code. Your prompts are not used to train public foundation models without your express consent.
• Direct Inquiries: If you contact us via email, we use your email address solely to reply to your inquiry.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. Data is only shared with essential infrastructure providers required to operate our services (e.g. Apple StoreKit for app distribution and Pirsch for aggregated privacy-first site metrics).
